Propsect House
A central location with
top-class amenity
Prospect House, London
Prospect House is a character-led commercial office building situated in Fitzrovia, Central London, forming part of the FitzroviaCo portfolio — a collection of distinctive workspace buildings managed and marketed under a unified brand. The building offers whole-floor and whole-building availability, targeting independent businesses and creative occupiers drawn to its unconventional, design-forward character. Its location in Fitzrovia places it within walking distance of some of London's most-regarded independent amenities, including Gail's Bakery and Caravan, reinforcing its appeal to the kind of occupier it is designed to attract.
Pave was briefed to translate the Prospect House brand — developed by design studio 'kin — into a fully functional digital experience that could stand on its own while sitting coherently within the wider FitzroviaCo building collection. The challenge was capturing the building's deliberately offbeat personality without tipping into gimmick: the site needed to feel fresh and distinctive while still functioning as a credible commercial property marketing tool.
Working closely with 'kin's design and art direction team, Pave built a fully responsive website that reflects the modern, independent spirit of the building. The result is a bespoke digital presence at fco-prospect.com that gives prospective occupiers an immediate and accurate sense of what Prospect House offers — and why it is unlike the typical Central London office product.
