Concorde Park originated as a project during Pave's collaboration with Cabin42, the creative agency responsible for the property's visual identity — led by brand designer Simon Peacock. Building on that established brand foundation, Pave took on a broad creative and production scope covering the full suite of marketing materials needed to present the campus to prospective tenants.

Pave's lead creative Mike Wilcox conducted a comprehensive photography shoot across the Concorde Park campus, capturing the buildings, grounds, parking facilities, and surrounding environment at their best. The shoot was designed to give the marketing suite a consistent, high-quality visual library that could carry across both digital and print applications.
 

Alongside the photography, Pave provided web design and development support to update the existing concordepark.co.uk website and brochure with fresh content and imagery.
