What does a property marketing agency do?

A property marketing agency helps bring real estate assets to market through branding, websites, campaigns, and content. The goal is to attract the right audience, generate enquiries, and support leasing or sales performance.

We operate as a remote studio. Our team is based between Essex and London, and we work with clients across the UK.

Working with Cabin42 Pave contributed to the design and development support to help bring a strong, fitting brand identity to life in digital form.

Following the website launch, Pave was subsequently engaged to design and deliver a targeted HTML email campaign for the Technology Park — a series of three bespoke HTML emails aimed at raising awareness of available suites and generating enquiries from prospective occupiers.

Pave's work with Cranfield University Technology Park has since grown into an ongoing relationship. On a quarterly basis, Pave designs and produces two distinct HTML newsletters: an internal newsletter distributed to existing tenants on the campus, keeping the community informed of news, events, and updates across the Technology Park; and an external newsletter sent to prospective tenants, maintaining awareness of available suites and communicating the benefits of joining one of the UK's most distinctive university-linked business campuses. Both newsletters are designed and coded as bespoke HTML emails, consistent with the Technology Park's brand identity and optimised for deliverability across major email clients.
