Meadows Business Park, Camberley

Meadows Business Park is an established multi-building commercial office campus located in Camberley, Surrey, offering flexible workspace for businesses requiring excellent road and rail connectivity in the M3 corridor. Following a period of major investment and comprehensive refurbishment, the park was repositioned with a fundamentally new identity and ethos — one centred on wellbeing, community, and the changing expectations of post-pandemic working. The refurbished campus introduced a range of new on-site amenities including a central café, a dedicated cycle hub with shower facilities, and extensively landscaped grounds, all designed to support occupiers looking for a workspace that goes beyond the functional and actively supports the health and wellbeing of the people working there.

The park is marketed and let at meadowsbusinesspark.com and offers accommodation across two principal buildings alongside a platform suite, each available separately and marketed with their own dedicated brochures.

Pave took on the full creative scope for the Meadows Business Park relaunch — one of the most comprehensive briefs in Pave's portfolio, spanning brand identity creation, website design and development, video production, and the design and production of a suite of printed and digital marketing materials.

Pave's creative director Christien Michaels led the brand identity work from the ground up, developing a completely new visual identity for Meadows Business Park that reflected the park's refreshed values and clearly differentiated it from the generic business park product it was moving away from. The new brand was built around a campus-wide ethos focused on wellbeing and community — giving Meadows a personality and set of values that speak directly to the occupiers the repositioned park was designed to attract.

Working within the new brand framework, Pave and Cabin42 designed and built the original Meadows Business Park website at meadowsbusinesspark.com — a fully responsive digital platform presenting the campus, its buildings, its amenities, and its available accommodation clearly to prospective tenants and agents. The website has since been taken on by a third-party agency and may have been updated or modified; the current site at meadowsbusinesspark.com may differ from Pave's original build.

Pave's lead creative Mike Wilcox directed and shot a marketing video for the campus, capturing the quality of the refurbished space, the new amenities, and the character of the grounds. Post-production editing was handled by Simon Peacock of Cabin42.
